Privacy Policy

MGC Intel is built to need as little of your personal data as possible: no name,
no KYC, no card numbers, no custody of funds. This page says exactly what we do
collect and why.
1. What we collect
- Email address — only if you join the waitlist or ask to be notified.
- Telegram account data — your numeric Telegram id and username, when you
interact with the bot or join a desk group (needed to grant and gate access).
- Wallet addresses — the address that paid an invoice (read from the
public chain) and any address you deliberately link for dashboard sign-in.
We never see or store private keys.
- Payment data — invoice amounts, transaction hashes and confirmation
times. These reference public blockchain data.
- Technical logs — IP addresses for rate-limiting/abuse prevention and
standard server logs, kept short-term.
2. What we use it for
- Delivering what you bought: confirming payments, minting invites, gating desk
groups, dashboard sign-in.
- Renewal reminders and service messages via Telegram.
- Referral accounting (attributing sales, computing commissions, publishing
on-chain claim proofs).
- Abuse prevention and debugging.
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising, or build marketing
profiles.
3. Who else touches it
- Telegram — delivers the bot, DMs and desk groups (its own privacy policy
applies).
- Infrastructure providers — hosting and network providers (e.g.
Cloudflare) that serve the website and dashboard.
- Public blockchains — payment and claim transactions are public by
nature; anything on-chain is visible to everyone, permanently.
- A spreadsheet mirror — waitlist emails may be mirrored to a private
Google Sheet used only for the launch mailing.
4. Retention
Membership, payment and referral records are kept while your account is active and
as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Waitlist emails are kept
until the launch mailing cycle ends or you ask us to remove yours.
5. Your choices
- Ask us to delete your waitlist email at any time.
- Unlink a wallet or stop using the dashboard whenever you like.
- Leaving the desks and letting your access lapse ends all service messaging
except anything we're required to keep for accounting.
Note we cannot delete anything recorded on a public blockchain — that data is
public by design and outside anyone's control.
