Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MGC Intel — the private Telegram alert desks, the website at mgcintel.com, and the members dashboard (together, the "Service"). By purchasing access or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

MGC Intel surfaces on-chain events: token launches, wallet activity, volume moves, and automated safety screening, delivered as alerts and dashboards. It is an information service only.

• Not financial advice. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and no alert is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make and own every trading decision.
• No performance promise. Past results shown anywhere (including our receipts) do not predict future results. Most microcap tokens go to zero.
• Screening is best-effort. Our honeypot/rug screening reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it. A token that passes every check can still fail.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access crypto-asset information services where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

3. Payments, renewals and access

• Access is sold per desk (or as a bundle) for a fixed duration, paid in cryptocurrency at the exact quoted amount. Access begins when your payment confirms on-chain and ends at expiry unless you renew.
• Renewal is manual — we send reminders, but nothing is auto-charged (we never hold your keys or payment credentials).
• After expiry there is a short grace period, then removal from the relevant desk group(s). You can re-subscribe at any time.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Access is digital and delivered immediately after your payment confirms, so it cannot be returned. We do not refund because of market outcomes, missed alerts, or a change of mind. If something went wrong with the payment itself — a double-send, an overpayment, a payment that confirmed but delivered no access — contact support and we will put it right.

5. Fair use

• Access is personal. Don't share, resell or forward invite links or feed content; invite links are single-use and identity-bound.
• Don't scrape, mirror, rebroadcast or commercially redistribute the feeds or dashboard.
• Violations may result in removal from the Service without refund.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Feeds depend on third-party blockchains, RPC providers and Telegram, all of which can fail or change without notice.

7. Referral program

Referral commissions accrue under the split shown at /refer and are claimable on-chain as USDC. We may adjust the program prospectively; splits already locked to a referred buyer are honoured. Self-referrals and abuse void accrued commissions.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are never liable for trading losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the desks or by DM. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
